The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Manager to perform as generalist.

 

Recruitment

  • Assist in placement of advertisement in the career websites, local dailies and other avenue of the media.
  • Assist in conducting interview for intern.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating career road show.
  • Assist in liaison with relevant authorities for recruitment of general workers.

 Compensation and Benefits

  • Assist in processing wages and intern allowance.
  • Assist in processing the reimbursement of employee’s claim related to benefits.
  • Assist in renewing work permit for general workers.

 Training and Development

  • Assist in coordinating for staff training and prepare the documentations.

 Employee Relations

  • Assist in conducting exit interview for intern.

 Industrial Relations

  • Assist in processing staff attendance and ensure the data is up to date.

 Administration

  • Assist in monitoring of Company’s stationery and related procedure.
  • Assist in monitoring of office administration, maintenance of company’s asset and vehicles.
  • Assist in monitoring office administrative purchases of equipment, stationery.

Keyskills : Effective communication skills, detail-oriented
